Private Event Rentals
Our space and setting is also the perfect spot for many events. Please consider Hummingbird House for your gathering, shower, party or reunion. Our rentals allow for you to BYOB and use any vendor you like for your event.

Full house rental includes access to our full gourmet kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and large gathering space and access to the 4 acre yard including a large fire pit.

Youth groups - please contact us for pricing that matches your budget!
We love our area students! We are open to working with our local 4-H, Scouts and other youth groups to provide a space for your special event at discounted rates. We are able to help connect you with resources to get your projects and badges complete for things such as gardening, horsemanship, fire safety, camping, wildlife, etc.

Rental rates start at $250 for a half day (10am-3pm or 4pm-10pm) and $400 for a full day (10am-10pm).
Rental rates may differ on holidays and select Hilliard area events.

Please note that our rental rates are moving to $300 half day & $450 full day for any events booked after 11/1/2025.

6 tables that are 6'x30"
2 tables that are 4'x30" (adjustable height)
45 folding chairs plus other in house seating
Coffee pot with filters (you just bring the coffee)
Kitchen basics including serving dishes/utensils, pot holders, knives, can opener, etc.
Cleaning spray & dish soap
Paper towels/trash bags/toilet paper
Outdoor seating and yard games
Fire wood & fire extinguisher if you choose to use the fire pit
