Our Rental Items

Rental items require an online reservation at least three days ahead of pick up and the renter must provide a credit card on file as a deposit for any damages/late fees. Renters wishing to pay with a different method (Check, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.) may do so by contacting us at Sarah@hummingbirdhousehilliard.com and arranging for a deposit.

 

Rental items come with instruction pages if necessary to set up or operate the equipment.

 

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were at pick up. Rental items returned damaged, dirty or in poor condition will be charged to the card on file for the amount equal to the repair/cleaning cost, not to exceed the value of the item.

 

Rental items returned late/not returned will incur a late fee of $10 per day up to the maximum replacement value of the item.

 

All rentals are self serve and must be picked up and dropped off at Hummingbird House in Hilliard, OH (3207 Alton Darby Creek Road).

 

Pick up must occur in one of the following windows:

Wednesday 10am-10pm, Thursday 10am-10pm or Friday 10am-noon

 

Drop off must occur Mondays 10am-10pm

Please note - NO weekend pick up/drop off without special arrangements due to private rentals at the house.
