STEM Social Skills Group (grades 1-5)

Service Description

Throughout our monthly social group meetups, students learn about key social skill topics such as empathy, cooperation, verbal & nonverbal communication and listening skills. We will start each session with a brief lesson with social narratives and visual support then spend time with peers completing STEM challenges. If your child likes MakerSpace at school, building and creating things, this is the perfect social group! This group is recommended for students who are going into grades 1-5. Please let us know of any accommodations needed prior to the first session.
